I’m a social media and online marketing specialist and was with Nestle Malaysia for the past 25 years. Graduated with Master of Information Technology from Charles Sturt University, I started my IT career as a programmer way back in 1997. In 2003, I joined the marketing department and pioneered the digital marketing for the company.
I was the first webmaster for Nestle Malaysia and has handled more than hundred of digital campaigns and activations. Some of the mega brands that I have worked on were MILO, NESCAFE, MAGGI, KIT KAT, NESTUM, NESTLE DRUMSTICK, NESTLE OMEGA PLUS, LA CREMERIA, NESPRAY, COFFEEMATE, BLISS and PURINA.
During my tenure with Nestle Malaysia, I was a member in Crisis Management Core Team and responsible for providing Social Media Crisis Management services for all the brands in Nestle Malaysia where I have managed
and solved more than 40 social media crises since 2011.
Besides, as an early adopter, I’m competent with the use of social media listening/monitoring tools e.g. Radian6 and Talkwalker to not only for tracking the crises but also for exploring business opportunities.
As a certified HRDF trainer, I do have many years of experience in conducting digital trainings especially in the areas of social media marketing and social media crisis management.
