OBJECTIVES

Interview is a very important phase in the process of selection and hiring within an organization. Unprofessional interviewprocesses can adversely affect the
organization in terms of costs, productivity and employee morals as a whole.

Most interviews are made on a subjective basis that is not evaluated on the basis of competency but rather on the assumptions and personal views of the interviewer solely on the candidates interviewed. This causes the candidate assessment process to be inaccurate and biased.

The main objective of this course is to increase the skills of the participants in the use of competency-based interviews. This is to ensure the formation of questions and the candidate evaluation system can be done objectively and in good quality.
