OVERVIEW

When we talk about influence and persuasion, we often talk about marketing and sales communication.

However, we know now that we influence in many ways and with great frequency at the workplace. For example, you want approval from the boss towards your proposal, you would need to be persuasive in your presentation; when you want to convince your team to adopt a change, or to help your team to make choices - there is often influencing taking place.

This course will help participants learn how to be influencing and persuasive in their communication at work.
