COACH ASHA MOHD

Certified AI Engineer (USAII) | AI Instructor (UTM) | HRD Corp Accredited Trainer

With more than 19 years of corporate experience across aviation, banking and professional training, Coach Asha Mohd brings together something especially valuable in the age of AI: real-world corporate experience, practical AI expertise and a strong understanding of how people actually work.

A Certified AI Engineer, AI Instructor and HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, Asha specialises in helping working professionals move beyond simply knowing about AI to using it confidently and productively in their everyday work.

Her training is practical, accessible and workplace focused. Rather than overwhelming participants with technical concepts, she demonstrates how tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Gemini, NotebookLM and Canva can support real responsibilities—from professional communication and research to meetings, reports, planning, presentations and productivity.

For Secretaries, Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants, this means learning how AI can become a powerful co-pilot behind the scenes: helping you organise information faster, prepare executives more effectively, communicate professionally and reduce time spent on repetitive administrative work.

Asha is recognised for her work in AI education and workplace productivity in Malaysia, with a training approach that combines hands-on practice, realistic workplace scenarios, responsible AI use and immediately applicable workflows.

Her philosophy is simple:

“AI is the co-pilot, not the competitor. Human judgement still leads.”

Participants are therefore not only taught what AI can do, but also when to use it, how to check its work, how to protect confidential information and how to remain firmly in control of the final output.

Her goal is simple: to help professionals leave the classroom not just knowing more about AI but knowing exactly how to use it when they return to work
