SINTHANA has over 20 years of work experience with retailing, multinational manufacturing company, and hotel industry. Her experience in quality assurance, human resource management, hospitality and administrative skills has given her the opportunity to realize her passion that is developing human potential. Her role encompass identify training needs, design contents and conduct training to fit customers’ requirements. She also assesses effectiveness of programs at site.

She introduces a lot of self-reflection and interactions in her lively programs, and her approach stresses on key points, which is reinforced through role-plays and presentations. She conducts her sessions in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia language.

OBJECTIVES
  1. Expect the unexpected before, during and after the meeting and handling them in a professional manner
  2. Understand the importance of meeting notice and agenda for a successful meeting
  3. Lessen the fear of taking minutes by knowing what is required and what is expected
  4. Listen actively during meeting and identify what is the relevant and irrelevant information
  5. Interject with politeness to clarify key information
  6. Put it onto papers: format, edit and proofread: spelling, punctuation marks and grammar
COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES (CLO)
  1. Outline the whole processes of meeting administration prior to taking minutes.
  2. Identify and differentiate between relevant and irrelevant points while taking minutes.
  3. Proceed to proofread and edit prior to finalizing minutes.
  4. Practice through dictation and audio to master skills.
